What a year! Before we switch off the lights and wrap up for Christmas, the whole team at Cosmetic Perfection wants to thank you for making 2025 our most rewarding year yet. This wasn’t just a year of beautiful transformations; it was a year of maintaining our gold standard in safety.

We are proud to continue operating under the high standards of our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration who inspected our clinics and found us to be ‘Good’ across the board. Our commitment to your safety and care is an ongoing process.
This year, we continued to uphold the stringent safety, hygiene, and patient care standards expected of registered healthcare providers, like hospitals and GP practices.
Our team also successfully completed updated and extensive training in Advanced CPR and Emergency Drug Use. This symbolises our unwavering commitment to the very best health and safety practices, ensuring we are prepared for any eventuality.
- Investing for better results, always
We are always striving to improve, and we have invested heavily into our clinic with powerful tools such as the LifeViz Camera.
We were also proud to share our experiences with our investments on our social media channels. Our founder, Dr. Emma McKay, shared her personal journey with the new polynucleotides treatment, demonstrating its incredible ability to regenerate tissue, stimulate deep collagen, and address concerns like dark circles.
- We give back to the community
This year was about more than just achieving aesthetic excellence; it was about using our passion for skin health to show deep appreciation for our clients.
We were thrilled to combine great skin health with giving back during our Black Friday initiative. Clients enjoyed big offers on skincare plans when ordering via our GetHarley patient portal. The best part? For every order placed, a product was donated to Beauty Banks.
On 13th November, we were delighted to host our annual Charity Christmas Open Evening, which featured live demonstrations of the revolutionary WOW Facial with PDRNs (Polynucleotides) and, most importantly, raising money for the brilliant Wirral Animal Welfare Association.
And throughout the year, we were delighted to invest in several engaging giveaways with local charities and school, offering our followers the chance to experience our premium, signature treatments. It’s our way of saying thank you for your incredible loyalty and support.
